RETURN POLICIES 

• Products must be returned in undamaged, sellable condition within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund.

• Refunds will be returned to the card used for purchase. 

• No refunds will be issued in cash; Very Good Game Store is cashless.

• Products may be returned or exchanged for store credit in the form of a gift card when in undamaged, sellable condition within 30 days of purchase.

• Proof of purchase must be provided in order to return or exchange an item, either under personal purchase history or by showing a receipt from Very Good Game Store for the purchase.

• Manufacturing errors (a sealed item is damaged when the package is opened) may be returned to Very Good Game Store so we can report the error to the manufacturer. Original packaging is required.

• Clearance, Magic:TG, other tradable card games and any items marked “FINAL” are not eligible for return.
